This Mental Health Week (May 6-12, 2024), ICBA reaffirms our commitment to enhancing mental wellness in the construction industry.

Our award-winning ICBA Wellness program focuses on creating a supportive environment where mental health is a priority, recognizing the unique challenges faced by construction workers. By working with our members to build work sites that value mental wellbeing and fights against stigma, ICBA is committed to long-term change. For more details on our initiatives, please click HERE. And remember: ICBA Wellness is free for all our member companies!

Every month, we host free mental health-related webinars for our members. May has two sessions:

May 9, 2024, 11AM to Noon Pacific
Suicide Awareness and Prevention in the Construction Industry
We delve into the key aspects of suicide prevention, particularly tailored for the construction industry.

May 31, 2024, 11AM to 12:30PM Pacific
Bringing Suicide out of the Shadows
Learn about the prevalence and risk of suicide in the construction industry. Find out what you can do if you are concerned about yourself, or someone you know, and discuss how to cope if someone you know dies of suicide.

Each week, ICBA’s Jordan Bateman reflects on what we’ve learned as we participate in ICBA’s Workplace Wellness Program. ICBA’s Workplace Wellness Program is helping more than 100 companies and more than 10,000 construction professionals better understand mental health. This program is free for all ICBA members – check out for details.
