Today’s workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood. In addition to the effects of COVID19- many people are also feeling the demands of the workplace, combined with the demands of home, and sometimes if becomes too much to handle. In this webinar we will explore the causes of such stress and suggest general and specific stress management strategies that people can use every day.
